STATE OF THE CAMPAIGN
Received approval for $3M grant from Department Commerce & Economic Opportunity to work in
partnership with Church of our Saviour (COS) on a community center at 530 W. Fullerton.
Executed 50 year lease agreement with COS, listing CFF as a tenant.
COS launched a capital campaign to cover $4M gap.
In collaboration with COS & MKB architects, designed lower level floor, which meets current
programmatic needs and provides opportunity for growth.
Final bids came in, putting project $2M over budget.
Redesign of building for smaller footprint.
Additional fundraising needed to cover the $500K inflation induced gap;
COS will cover remaining $1.5M
Break ground in April.
