CHICAGO (July 13, 2014).  The 530 Fullerton Foundation announced today that they have entered into a partnership with Heartland Health Outreach to enhance the care of individuals and communities who lack access to health care.

 

Under the terms of their partnership, the organizations will share resources and knowledge to advance the needs of individuals in need from the community surrounding 530 W. Fullerton Parkway.

 

“We are thrilled to be able to partners with Heartland Health Outreach to connect our program guests with primary health care and oral health care,” said JD Miller, Director of the 530 Fullerton Foundation.
