Since 1968, Care for Friends has been empowering Chicagoans to build community and live their best lives.

In 2017, our Community Awards program began recognizing individuals who are making their communities stronger, creating hope and adding zest to the lives of those around them.

We are excited to meet and recognize new folks who advance this goal, and encourage you to nominate them (or yourself!) using the form below.

Award winners will be notified by August 8th, and winners will be recognized at Power Hope Benefit, sponsored by Merrill on September 7th, at the Floating World Gallery.
